Dinner was yummy last night. Looks like I am on a food kick again. I am going to be like others and list what I made and what went into it.
Sunday night dinner for me, myself and I:
Many handfuls of green beans broiled, mixed with olive oil, roasted garlic, minced onions, Lowrey’s season salt, worcestershire sauce, bacon bits and parmesan cheese
4 pork chops rubbed with Lowrey’s season salt, rosemary, thyme, sauteed in sherry
2 fresh sliced roma tomatoes, some salted, some in a vinaigrette
2 slices of bread
German chocolate cake
Water to drink.
Before making dinner, I had a slice of bread with sugar-free hazelnut-chocolate spread.
Things tasted so good, I gobbled everything. And of course I was hungry afterwards. I wanted more. An hour or two later, I gave into the munchies and had some Wheat Thins and brie cheese. I don’t know how I managed to not feel completely overstuffed but I didn’t.
Sat night dinner for me, myself and I:
1 cup of rice,
6 lumpia shanghai rolls (polynesian egg rolls)
2 potstickers
A large serving of green bean chicken
Guess this is what happens when I switch back to two eggs for breakfast instead of one. If this doesn’t stop the losing weight trend then nothing will.
