Peter Pan

The Emerybay 10 has a special deal for the movie Peter Pan. If you dress up in costume and buy a ticket between Dec 25 and Dec 28, you will get a ticket for a future movie. There are so many ways they could screw up the offer that we don’t really care what the freebee is. The fun bit is they are setting up a formal Costume Opportunity. And there are so many fun things you can wear for Peter Pan. A Pirate, a Lost Boy, your pajamas, victorian parents. Crystal and I are thinking of something like the 3pm showing on Sat. Maybe I will wear my Green Fairy outfit with the 4″ gold goddess sandals and be a full sized Tinkerbell. People are welcome to join us. If you let us know, we will keep an eye out for you.

  1. Another opportunity for costumes!

    Yaaay! Count me in.

I’ve gotta hit the movie website, but I think it’s set around the turn of the century. I can do the Gibson Girl hair and wear the blue/green/black velvet long skirt with a crinoline and the black pouffy blouse.

If only more theaters would let us in for free if we came in costume …

  2. Last night I mentioned this to my little sister. If all goes well, and I don’t get lost, add a couple of pirates to the list. Arrrrrrrr.
