So… let’s see. It took me two days to create and launch the website out of the 7 between con concept and the actual con. On a year scale, that would be about 3 and a half months. Not to shabby. Sleep, a fabo party and a ritual were included during that time too. I have been more social this weekend than I have been in the last two years (outside of actual cons) and was still productive. Woot!

I would say of course the art show will take in mail-ins. Geee…we might have to find someone to staff art show. I wonder how many people will be at the con who we don’t turn into staff.

Thank you. I am rather proud of it given that it was mostly done in 24 hours and edited and fixed (because the editing screwed things up) in 48 hours.

Melissa suggested that I look into convention/event planning and so I am. I figured if I worked as Hotel Liaison I would find out a little bit more about the job side of it since those would be the people I would be liaisoning with.
Chris was happy to take me on as a second because he knows that I do good work and he doesn’t have to babysit me. He doesn’t normally have a second.

Considering that the Fan Guest of Honor is being flown up from LA and it is his timeline that set the limits for the con, I would say you can make it.
But since you are expected for girly drinks during the same time period down there, I would say you are unavailable.
Hmmmm, girly drinks….happy hour con…..telecast…I say we make your girly drinks event a remote event of Trepidation 2009. We are doing a bunch of online stuff, there is even the idea of people telecasting in by uploading to youtube. If there is a twitterer at the girly drinks panel then twitter could be the connection. Espana is one of the main movers at this con…..
