Light on the costumes this year. I don’t even have pictures ready.
Dance Macabre – Pretty in Skulls
Halloween party at work (where no one else wore a costume) – Clash of the Tartans, 18 different plaids
Gaskells – Ant Queen (with Queen Bee and Dragonfly Queen, and nods to Firefly)
Cemetery Picnic – Nazgurls (there were 4 of us and we finally got what we felt were enough pictures since we didn’t take many the first time this costume set was done at Baycon)
Halloween at work – Black Pirate (again, lack of worker participation)
Hmmmm, looks like 5 costumes. Last year it was 9. With the addition of actually having work for this week and last, 2 costumes got added that weren’t planned. Guess this year wasn’t as light at I thought. Either that or for me, 5 costumes in one season is light. *snerk*
Had lunch with fresne and pictures were taken which was good because I didn’t have my camera with me. After work, I went home and ended up going to bed by 8pm with a migraine. While I didn’t have the same female issues others on my friends list got hit with, I was still taken out of the evening of Halloween.
I think I am done for this year. I am tired.

Dear Gods, I’m glad I missed that one.
I only wore the one… then again, after putting nearly two months of work into it I really wanted to get some mileage out of it
Wow, those are *spiffy* wings! are there larger pics somewhere, that I might admire them in more detail?

“Clash of the Tartans”?! Excellent Pun!
We can thank for that one. I like plaid and I have a three plaid shirt. She termed it my Clash of the Tartans shirt and the name has stuck with me for years.
So. Here I sit, trying to play catch up on a week and a half of LJ and, since it’s past midnight and I’ve been reading “for just a few minutes more” for the last two and a half hours, growing progressively tireder, and . . . I get to your post and read it, and . . . OH, HELL!
See, I noted (yesterday *morning* when I got up) that today/yesterday/Thursday is/was your birthday and thought to myself, “Well, I *need* to send off a birthday e-mail/greeting and let Gina know she’s thought of today.” And then, of course, the day progressed and I never got around to it. So, now that it’s technically tomorrow and past your birthday, I come to your post and realize I never did wish you a happy birthday. DANG IT.
Anyhoo, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! And I hope it was a *very* happy one and the start of a fantastic year for you. (Just look at it this way, it has to be pretty good as it’s starting with you *not* having to hear me sing! :> )
(((((hugs)))))
Thank you my dear.
Birthday, after birthday, makes no difference to me. Generally, I prefer to move dates of holidays around anyway. I didn’t even get on the computer on my birthday.
