Yup, I am bored at work and catching up a little with LJ.
I got notified that again this year, New Wave City is doing a dance on Halloween. Yay!!!
I hopped over to www.newwavecity.com and found out not only is it New Wave City, but a DJs from Dark Sparkle and Death Guild are going to be there. And Rosin Coven (I like them, they have cellos).
So it is a dancing night. I like DNALounge and they have a webcast so those of you that can’t make it can watch those of us who can. But it isn’t 550 Space where there are three dance floor to wonder if you are bored with a song.
Good thing I have the next day off work. I take it off to go shopping. Other people like the day after Thanksgiving or the day after Xmas. For me, I do my year’s worth of shopping the day after Halloween. But this year, there just isn’t really all that much I want. I have most everything I like already. *le sigh* Life can be so hard.
Is it on Halloween night, or on Saturday the 30th?
I’m sorta booked on the 30th, but I might be convinced to blow it off for NWC.
BTW, you up for their Duran Duran tribute on 11/6?
It is Sunday, Halloween Night so no conflicts with the 30th. There are many things on the 30th.
I don’t know about NWC on Nov 6. I was going to Bal Des Vampyre but I doubt I will now. And if I am doing NWC for halloween, I don’t know if I will be up to doing it a week later. I might just have a quiet night at home after all the activities. Besides, Game is the next day.

The club is DNA lounge http://www.dnalounge.com. They do a video webcast and an audio webcast. I think the video webcast is live so you can watch us after you sweetling goes to bed, assuming you haven’t followed her. I think the audio webcast is available for two weeks after the event so you can listen to what we heard when you get the chance.
Mostly it is DJ’s but Rosen Covin is playing and they perform. They are a kick with an odd mix of musical styles. If you get a chance to see them on the webcast I would recommend it.
I would have bugged you to come out for a this but having a kid tends to keep you near home for this holiday. (besides, you were just here.) And it is a tad far to get you to come out afterwards.
